1. Pricing and quotes

How much do custom shirts cost?

Every project is different and so is the pricing. Garment selection, order quantity, print locations, colors and finishing options all play a role in the final cost.

We offer a wide range of products and options to accommodate different budgets without sacrificing quality. With just a 12-piece minimum for screen printing, our custom apparel services is accessible to almost all businesses, teams, brands and individuals alike.

Why do prices vary so much between shirts?

The biggest factor is the blank, which is the shirt itself before it’s printed. A blank can cost anywhere from about $5 to over $15 depending on the brand, the weight, and the fabric. Our posted prices cover our three go-to shirts, and we quote anything else, including hoodies and long sleeves, per order.

Do you charge a setup or screen fee?

Screen setup for our standard print, a one-color left chest and a one-color back, is already in the posted price. Each additional screen beyond that is $25, and every extra ink color or print location needs its own screen. On larger orders, we can sometimes adjust or cover setup costs depending on the job.

Do you give discounts on bigger orders?

The price per shirt drops at each quantity break, from 12 pieces all the way up to 499. For 500 pieces or more, we put together custom volume pricing based on your shirt and print details.

Is the price on your website my final price?

Our posted prices are general estimates. Your final price depends on the shirt, the quantity, your artwork, and the print details, and it can change with garment availability and supplier costs. Request a free quote and we’ll send you an exact price before you commit to anything.

2. Ordering and turnaround

What's your minimum order?

Our minimum is 12 pieces per design, and the 12 can be any mix of sizes. If your order mixes youth and adult sizes, there’s a $20 fee to change the press setup partway through, and we’ll show it on your quote.

How long does an order take?

Most orders are ready about 1 to 2 weeks after you approve your mockup and pay, and we’ll confirm your date when your quote is approved. If you need your shirts sooner, rush production adds 25% to the order total, depending on how full our schedule is.

How do I place an order?

Fill out our quote form or text us your idea at 405-738-4220. We’ll send you a free mockup and an exact price, and once you approve the mockup and pay in full by invoice link or check, your order goes on our print schedule.

3. Artwork and mockups

Do I need my own artwork?

You don’t need finished artwork to get started. If all you have is a rough logo or an idea, we can clean up your file or design something new.

What file type should I send?

A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) works best, because it prints clean at any size. A PNG or JPG is fine to start with, and if it needs work before it can print, we’ll let you know and quote the cleanup.

Will I see my design before it's printed?

Every order starts with a free mockup of your design on the shirt you picked. You can ask for changes before you approve it, and nothing gets printed or charged until the mockup looks right to you.

4. Printing options and delivery

What do you print on?

We screen print t-shirts, polos, long sleeves, hoodies, and sweatshirts, promotional materials and more.

Where on the shirt can you print?

Our standard print is a one-color left chest and a one-color back, and we can add prints to the front, the sleeves, or along the bottom of the shirt. An extra print location starts at $2.50 per shirt, and an oversized print adds $1.50 per shirt.

Can you do specialty inks, names and numbers, or exact brand colors?

We can do all three. Specialty inks like puff and metallic, and individual names and numbers, are quoted per job. Custom Pantone matching is $25 per color, so send us your Pantone codes with your quote request.

Do you deliver or ship?

We don’t have a walk-in storefront, so we deliver finished orders around Yukon, Oklahoma City, and the rest of the OKC metro. We can also ship anywhere in the US, and shipping is added to your invoice.
