This policy explains what information MISPRNTS Shirt Co., a DBA of Positive Mindset Brand, LLC, collects through misprntsshirtco.com and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. In short, we collect only what we need to quote, print, and deliver your order. We don’t sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Information you give us

When you request a quote, text us, call, or email, you may share:

• Your name, phone number, email address, and how you’d like us to contact you
• Details about your order, like the shirt style, quantity, sizes, print locations, and the date you need it
• Artwork, logos, or other files you upload or send us
• A delivery or shipping address, if we’re delivering or shipping your order

You pay us through an invoice link handled by [PAYMENT PROCESSOR] or by check. When you pay online, your card or bank details go straight to [PAYMENT PROCESSOR], and we never see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours uses cookies and similar technology to collect basic information when you visit. That includes your browser and device type, the pages you look at, how you found our site, and your approximate location based on your IP address. We use these tools to do it:

• Google Analytics shows us how many people visit the site, which pages they view, and whether they request a quote. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on.
• Microsoft Clarity: we partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products and services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products and services and online activity. We also use this information for site optimization, fraud and security purposes, and advertising. • Meta Pixel tells us whether people who saw our ads on Facebook or Instagram later visited our site or requested a quote. You can manage how Meta uses your information for ads in your Facebook ad preferences.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, but some of these tools won’t be able to count your visit.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Answer your questions and send you quotes and mockups
• Print, deliver, or ship your order and send your invoice
• Keep the business and tax records we’re required to keep
• Understand how people use our site so we can make it better
• Measure whether our ads are working
• Keep spam and fraud out of our quote form

We only text or call you about your quote or order. We won’t add your number to a marketing list or send you promotional texts.

Your artwork and your order

The artwork and logos you send us are yours. We use them only to make your mockups and print your order, and we never sell them or use them for anyone else’s order. We’d love to show off great work in our gallery and on social media, but we’ll ask for your permission first before we post photos of your order or anything with your logo on it.

Who we share information with

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with the companies that help us run the business, and only as much as they need to do their job:

• Our website host and the tools that run our quote form and email

If you place an order, we keep your contact details and order records as long as we need them to run the business and meet tax and accounting rules. If you request a quote but don’t order, we delete your request after [2 YEARS]. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, like secure (HTTPS) connections on our website and limiting who can access our records. No website or storage system is completely secure, so we can’t promise that your information will never be accessed without permission, but we work to keep it safe.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we have about you
• Correct anything that’s wrong
• Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for tax or legal records
